RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND :
Our items are packaged to arrive safely. however, if the items arrived damaged in transit. Please notify us immediately and send us photos so we understand the extent of the damage. Luv gifts will assess the situation. Customers can choose to replace the damaged item/items or return it for a refund.
Note: we do not cover the return fee. when we receive your order, Full payment will be processed for refund. Please be advised the products must be returned in their original packing with all the items. we recommend via Australia Post.
Luv gifts is not responsible for when your order leaves our premises, for any delays. if your order is missing Luv Gifts will take full responsibility to follow up with the delivery company. The issue will investigated and resolved.
