Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Return an Item:

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include the proof of purchase and any additional details requested by our customer service team.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@remmybeautyworld.com.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
