Shipping and Delivery

Our wigs are handcrafted with well-detailed styles and  tightly braided for a perfect finish. 

Express Wigs shipment is made available within 3/4 business days, starting immediately after payment. The wigs are readily in stock and there is no cause for delay at all. Our shipment is facilitated through USPS and you will be mailed with your tracking number immediately when your payment is received and your order is in progress. 

 You are advised to select "signature required" for your deliveries, as we have never recorded cases of lost packages at the stage of shipment. The selection of "signature required" will allow the Post Service require a person at your address to sign for your package. In the event in which your package is confirmed by the ppstal service as delivered, but you are yet to receive your package, then you will be required to file a claim with the postal service.

Replacement Options:

Orders are to be replaced only in cases in which we are alerted by the courier service that the package was lost in transit. Please note that Cumida Hair will not be responsible for packages that are not delivered to your specified address.
